Archway CS2/E - Chip Scuttle

The Archway Chip Scuttle is attractively designed and easy to use. It features an overhead gantry with heated lights and a heating element in the base. The element can be controlled separately to the heated lights, allowing the operator to control the amount of heat used. The Archway CS2/E also features a glass screen which can be installed on the left or right hand side of the unit. Like Archways other products, the material used is of the finest quality stainless steel, ensuring durable and hygienic use.

This simple compact appliance is popular in all fried chicken shops, kebab restaurants, and many other quick serve restaurants. Included is a chip bag support and a curved drain plate. For cleaning convenience, the chip tank can be removed.
