Our 18" black iron pizza pans are manufactured in the UK by experienced metal spinners based in Sheffield. Our best selling pizza pans; they are suitable for use in both deck ovens and conveyor ovens. They are 1.5" deep making them perfect for baking a deep pan pizza from fresh or part baked dough.

All black iron pans must be seasoned before use. This process involves applying a thin layer of oil to the pan and baking it in the oven at a high temperature. This will darken the pan and help prevent the dough from sticking.
