Handmade Pizza Ovens - Built completely in firebricks.

Forni Ceky have produced handcrafted pizza ovens for 3 generations. Each oven is entirely handmade by skilled and experienced craftsmen resulting in a masterpiece of Italian production.
Forni Ceky wood / gas ovens are highly efficient, energy saving, and mindful of the environment. 

High quality materials provide unbeatable heat retention properties. The firebricks have a high alumina content and are furnace baked meaning they are resistant up to temperatures of 1200°C. A firebrick dome and the 6cm thick refractory brick baking deck offer superior heat retention and energy efficiency compared to ovens manufactured using poured concrete moulds. These traditional construction methods and the seven layers of insulation make Forni Ceky a market leading manufacturer.
