A commercial wood fired pizza oven can be the centrepiece of your kitchen or restaurant. These professional ovens offer theatre style cooking where the cooking flames can be seen by the customers.

The wood fired pizza ovens supplied to the UK by Pizza Equipment Ltd are manufactured by Forni Ceky. Established in Italy in the 1930’s, Forni Ceky manufacture professional wood fired and gas commercial pizza ovens hand built by skilled artisans.

This style of oven is sometimes known as a “living flame” oven as most are now supplied with gas burners inside the dome. Using a gas fired version of the oven means the temperature can be controlled by a digital display making the oven easier to operate. In addition, the complex and expensive specifications and regulations associated with the extraction of a wood fuelled appliance do not apply. 

Commercial wood fired pizza ovens are also available with rotating decks. This means a less skilled chef can operate the oven as the pizzas are automatically turned resulting in a more even bake.
