The reason why most orders fail is that an incorrect billing address is entered. The billing address that you use MUST be the address that the payment card is registered to. If you are concerned that the billing address you enter is not the address for your company and that you will not have a VAT invoice, do not worry, we can amend this for you once the order is placed. Just send us an email or call.
The second most common reason for an order to fail is the incorrect card type being selected. The payment system differentiates between credit and debit cards, so if you are paying with a debit MasterCard but select credit MasterCard, it will not work.
The details of your failed order are saved in our websites back end so please email or call as we should have all the details of your order available for processing manually.
