The dough piece is then rolled up through the spiral rounding system and emerges onto a platform in a neatly rolled ball where it is ready to be placed in to your dough trays for storage. We also supply what are commonly known as "bun dividers" which can be used for pizza dough. In this instance the dough is stretched over a plate and moulded into a number of pieces before being rounded by the oscillations of the machine.
