This GI Metal professional brush features brass bristles and a rear stainless steel scraper. The handle is anodised aluminium. The brass bristles allow fast and efficient cleaning of refractory stones from food residues, flour, or ash. The swivel head action of the brush allows any area of the oven to be reached. The rear scraper in stainless steel allows residues burnt onto the cooking floor of the oven to be easily removed.
