GI Metal Azzurra Pizza Peel A-50RF - 20" Head - 150cm Handle

The Azzurra line of pizza peel is characterised by lightness, extreme strength, and flexibility. 

The lightness is achieved by the reduced thickness of the sheet metal, the tubular handle, and the holes on the perforated versions. The flexible aluminium head and it’s milling facilitates the loading of the pizza. The handle head joint is secured by three rivets which guarantee maximum resistance, firmness, and no vibrations. The oval tubular handle aid stability and offers an optimal grip. 

Both head and handle are made from anodised aluminium which ensures a uniform peel surface, protects it from oxidation and achieves comparable lightness. 

This perforated version features holes throughout the surface, specifically designed to ensure low friction and to release flour, preventing it from becoming attached to the pizza base, entering the oven, and risking burning.
