The Evoluzione line of pizza peels are characterised by flexibility, lightness, and a special perforation which increases the smoothness of the peel and loss of excess flour. The head is manufactured using a special hard anodising treatment. 

Evoluzione aims to redefine standards by combining technology and progress characterised by the unmistakable avio colour. The new patented perforations is a radical new design producing higher performance than existing perforations. The position of the holes on oblique lines means flour is discharged in two directions ensuring an incomparable result.

The peel head is made using a special hard anodising treatment. This hard oxide anodising guarantees maximum protection against corrosion and friction, ensuring extreme smoothness and maintaining lightness. The frontal milling facilitates the loading of the pizza and the peel flexes for perfect adherence between the peel and the prep table, again facilitating easy loading of the pizza.
