GI Metal Napoletana Pizza Peel AG-37RF - 14" Head - 150cm Handle

The Gluten Free line is dedicated to pizza makers who make gluten free pizza. These peels have the exact same characteristics as the most popular Azzurra line but are distinguished with the green colour and identifiable logo, making them instantly recognisable in the working environment.

The increase in demand for gluten free pizza has given rise to this special line from GI Metal. A small turning peel and oven brush with the distinctive green handle are also available.

The logo on the peel uses the official gluten-free symbol, consisting of a crossed spike on a white background: this communicates to customers that the pizza is suitable.
