Golden Hard Anodising is a special anodization process exclusive to GI Metal. It makes the peel surface extremely resistant to heat, corrosion, scratches, and wear. It also gives the peel unparalleled smoothness and a high antibacterial and anti-mould capacity. 

Golden Hard Anodising is an anodic oxidation which gives the aluminium alloy characteristics and performances typical of stainless steel but without the weight. GHA is three times as heat resistant as ordinary anodised aluminium and has an extremely low friction coefficient for ultimate smoothness and ease of use.  The frontal milling facilitates the loading of the pizza and the peel flexes for perfect adherence between the peel and the prep table, again facilitating easy loading of the pizza.

The new patented perforations are a radical new design producing higher performance than existing perforations. The position of the holes on oblique lines means flour is discharged in two directions ensuring an incomparable result.
