Napoletana pizza peels are designed for making pizza in the Neapolitan style, in ovens at very high temperatures, and very frequently. Enhanced materials, special circular holes, and laser engraving make this peel unique.

The peel is designed for the pizza base to be placed with both hands and extensively stretched to the edge of the peel. The design, circular shape, and amount of holes allow for the release of flour with consideration to the movements associated with the Neapolitan style. 

The peels are made of anodised aluminium for lightness and the head is reinforced and thickened to withstand the most intense heat.
