Turning peels or small peels are used to rotate pizzas in the oven whilst they are baking and also to remove them once baked. GI Metal's range of Gluten Free turning peels have the same characteristics as the Azzurra line but with a distinctive green handle to avoid cross contamination. They are manufactured entirely from stainless steel which avoids heat transfer from the oven. This version features a perforated head to reduce friction, weight, and excess flour. The bottom of the handle and the intermediate sliding handle are made from high density polymer which is resistant to heat and impacts.
