Turning peels or small peels are used to rotate pizzas in the oven whilst they are baking and also to remove them once baked. GI Metal's range of Gold turning peels are the only ones in the range made from aluminium so they are the lightest ones available. The special gold hard anodising treatment is applied to the head and handle making them as strong as stainless steel but light as a feather. They also feature a perforated head to reduce friction, weight, and excess flour. The bottom of the handle and the intermediate sliding handle are made from high density polymer which is resistant to heat and impacts.
