This Italian manufactured pasta machine is ideal for restaurants seating between 80 and 100 guests.

Hard wearing and easy to use, a range of fresh pasta can be made with any type of flour (soft wheat, durum wheat, semolina, whole wheat, etc.). Pasta can be made either with or without eggs and in different colours: tomato or beetroot red, spinach green, cocoa brown, etc.

Although  there is a large initial outlay, making your own pasta with a Bottene pasta machine is much cheaper than buying in ready made pasta. The machine comes with a stand & fan, removable auger & mixer shaft, 1x no.5 spaghetti die, 1x no. 20 fettuccini die, 1x no. 36 rigatoni die, and 1x adjustable lasagne die.
