If you have paid by credit or debit card through Opayo your payment has been made and your order has been received. A payment confirmation from Opayo and an invoice from Pizza Equipment Ltd has been sent to your email address (please check your junk / spam folder if you cannot see it). We will send your order to you as soon as possible in line with our deliver policy. We will also send an additional email to you with an official VAT invoice.
If your order consists of Pizza Accessories we will send your email address and or mobile telephone number to our courier FedEx who will send you delivery notifications and updates.
Orders for Pizza Equipment are typically sent with Palletways and we will send your email address and or mobile telephone number to them who will send you delivery notifications and updates.
For Equipment orders we may also call you directly to check delivery times, options, site access, and any additional information that may be required. Please do not hesitate to call or email us with any questions.
If you have selected to pay in 3 monthly installments via iwoca Pay, you will receive an email confirmation of the items you wish to purchase containing a link which will direct you to the iwocaPay checkout page to complete the process.
You will be asked to input the amount of credit required into a form. This amount should include the VAT and match the amount on your email confirmation. You will also be asked to input a reference. You can find this reference on the confirmation email. The reference begins with “SR” and is followed by a 9 digit number. You should select “Pay later for 3 months” and then follow the application through with iwocaPay.
