GGF dough rollers are an essential piece of equipment for any serious pizzeria. GGF Italian dough rollers are the most popular dough rollers in the UK, offering excellent quality at a low price.

These Italian dough rollers are made entirely of stainless steel and the rollers are fitted with perspex guards for safety. The rollers themselves are made from a high-density polypropylene, ensuring a long life. The rollers are continuously cleaned by spring loaded scrapers.

The S42 dough roller is suitbale for any commercial premises and the internal gears have recently been upgraded to a much harder wearing material ensuring the longevity of the machine. The S42 is operated by the depression and release of a foot pedal.
