The GGF Linea X ovens are medium duty professional electric ovens. A renewed design coupled with a new assembling system has reduced the cost while maintaining an excellent build quality. The fron of the oven is finished in stainless steel. There are independent mechanical thermostats for both the top and bottom of the chamber, and the high-density evaporated dried mineral wool insulation ensures the oven keeps in heat The cooking surface is refractory stone, perfect for direct baking if required.
There are 3 sizes to choose from. Each size is also available in a single or double deck configuration. The “36” models are slightly larger so are better if you are baking pizza in pans, or simply want a little extra working room.
